Accept DAI, FDUSD and PYUSD payments

Besides USDT and USDC, easyway accepts three more dollar stablecoins: DAI and PayPal USD on Ethereum, and First Digital USD on BNB Smart Chain. They use the same API, checkout and webhooks as every other coin.

Only the contract listed for each coin is credited. The platform fee is 0.5% here too: a customer paying 100 PYUSD leaves you 99.5 PYUSD. All coins and fees are on the pricing page.

Who pays with these coins

PayPal USD is the stablecoin PayPal users can hold and send from the PayPal and Venmo apps in supported regions, and it is also listed on several exchanges. Accepting it on Ethereum lets those customers pay without first buying USDT.

FDUSD is mostly held on exchanges and BNB Smart Chain wallets. A customer who keeps their dollars as FDUSD can withdraw or send it on BNB Smart Chain straight to the invoice address, where the network fee is small.

DAI is used in Ethereum DeFi wallets. Holders usually already have ETH for gas, so paying an invoice is a normal token transfer.

Pegs and price risk

Invoices count every stablecoin as exactly 1 USD; there is no live price lookup for them. That keeps the amount the customer sends equal to the invoice total, but it also means a coin that briefly trades below a dollar is still accepted at a dollar. If that risk matters to you, limit the coins a USD invoice offers with allowed_assets, or price the invoice in one specific coin.

Decimals and amounts

DAI and FDUSD use 18 decimals on-chain, PYUSD uses 6. The checkout asks for an amount rounded to at most 6 decimals and the API returns human-readable strings, so your code handles all three the same way. A deposit is recorded to the last on-chain unit.

How a payment is detected

Every invoice gets its own deposit address. On Ethereum it is credited after 12 blocks, on BNB Smart Chain after 15. EVM addresses look the same on every chain, so the checkout names the network next to the address: PYUSD or DAI sent on another chain than Ethereum, or FDUSD sent on Ethereum instead of BNB Smart Chain, is not credited to the invoice. The USDT on Ethereum page explains the gas side for payers.

Integrating

Create an invoice with currency set to "PYUSD_ERC20", "DAI_ERC20" or "FDUSD_BEP20", or price it in USD and let the customer pick a coin, then redirect to the hosted checkout. A signed webhook fires when it is paid. See the quickstart and the webhook guide.

Also accepted

USDC on five networks, USDT on TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, TON, Solana and Polygon and Avalanche, plus the native coins — see pricing.
