Accept PancakeSwap (CAKE) payments
CAKE is the token of PancakeSwap, the largest exchange on BNB Smart Chain, and plenty of BNB Chain users hold some from trading, farming or staking rewards. easyway accepts it next to BNB and the BEP-20 stablecoins, on the same checkout and API. Below: which CAKE counts, what paying looks like for the customer, and what holding a non-stable token means for you.
Token, network and limits
| Token | Network | Contract | Confirmations | Min. withdrawal | Withdrawal fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| PancakeSwap (CAKE) | BNB Smart Chain · BEP-20 | 0x0E09FaBB73Bd3Ade0a17ECC321fD13a19e81cE82 | 15 | 0.25 CAKE | 0.05 CAKE (flat) |
This is the contract PancakeSwap's own documentation links as the CAKE token; on BscScan its symbol reads "Cake". PancakeSwap also runs on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Aptos and other chains, where CAKE is a separate contract — those are not credited. The checkout labels the coin "BNB Smart Chain · BEP-20"; customers withdrawing from an exchange should pick the BSC (BEP20) network there.
What paying looks like for the customer
The customer picks CAKE, sees an amount and a fresh 0x… address (with a QR code), and sends exactly that amount. From a personal wallet the transfer needs a little BNB for gas; from an exchange account the exchange pays it. easyway watches the address's CAKE balance rather than individual transfer events, so a plain transfer, an exchange's batch withdrawal, a smart-contract wallet or a swap whose output goes to the invoice address are all credited the same way.
CAKE that is staked, farmed or locked on PancakeSwap is held by a contract, not by the customer's wallet: it has to be withdrawn first. The invoice counts as paid after 15 confirmations, usually under a minute on BNB Smart Chain. Transfers below 0.001 CAKE are ignored so dust spam can't touch an invoice; larger ones to the same address add up. Short and late payments follow the underpaid and late payments guide.
Price risk and fees
CAKE's price moves. For a USD invoice the CAKE amount is locked from the exchange rate when the customer chooses the coin; after the payment, CAKE is credited and withdrawn as CAKE, so later price moves are yours. Pricing an invoice in CAKE itself (currency = "CAKE_BEP20") skips the conversion entirely.
The platform fee is a flat 0.5% of each confirmed payment — 100 CAKE paid leaves 99.5 CAKE on your balance. The withdrawal fee and minimum above are fixed CAKE amounts sized for the BNB gas of a token transfer at listing time, so their dollar value follows CAKE's price. To end up with dollars on the same network, also offer USDT BEP-20 or USDC and choose per invoice with allowed_assets. All coins are on the pricing page.
Integrating
Nothing is CAKE-specific: create an invoice through the API (or a payment link without code), redirect to the hosted checkout, and fulfil on the signed invoice.paid webhook. The quickstart has runnable examples, and the sandbox guide shows how to try the flow without real funds.
Common questions
Who holds the CAKE? easyway keeps it on your balance until you withdraw. Live withdrawals go only to addresses you have whitelisted with two-factor authentication; see security.
Which other BNB Smart Chain coins are accepted? BNB itself, USDT, USDC and FDUSD, all on the same invoice addresses.
