Check these first

Payment not showing up? The status page shows whether the API is answering and whether the watcher for each blockchain has checked in recently. Integration questions are usually answered in the API docs or the guides, and common questions about fees, coins and withdrawals in the FAQ.

What to include

ProblemSend us
A paymentThe invoice id (inv_…), the coin and network, the amount sent and the transaction hash from the wallet or block explorer.
A withdrawalThe payout id (po_…) or the time you requested it, the coin, and the destination address.
The APIThe endpoint, the time of the request (with time zone), the HTTP status and the error code from the response body. Never send a secret key: its prefix (sk_live_ab12…) is enough.
WebhooksThe endpoint URL, the event and invoice id, and what your server answered. Delivery attempts are listed in Dashboard → Developers.
Your accountWhat you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. A screenshot helps.

We will never ask for your password, your 2FA codes or backup codes, or a full secret API key. Anyone who does is not us.

Where to find an invoice id

You (the merchant): every invoice is listed in Dashboard → Payments, with its id under the order id or description. API responses and webhooks carry it as id, next to your own order_id. Your customer: the id is shown on the payment page (the /pay/inv_… address in the browser), with a copy button.

If you are a customer with a question about an order, contact the shop first: it knows what you bought and can see your payment. We can help either side with what happened on-chain.
