Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-10-18
These terms apply when you create a easyway account or use the dashboard, the API, payment links or the hosted checkout. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. If something is unclear, ask us at support@easyway.cash before you rely on it.
1. What the service is
easyway is a crypto payment gateway. You create invoices (in the dashboard, with the API or through a payment link), your customer pays one of them on-chain, and once the payment is confirmed the amount minus our fee is credited to your easyway balance. You can then withdraw that balance to your own wallets. Test mode works the same way with simulated payments and never touches a blockchain.
2. Your account
Give us a real email address and keep it working: we use it for sign-in codes, security notices and changes to these terms. You are responsible for everything done with your account and your API keys, so keep your password, your 2FA device, your backup codes and your secret keys to yourself. In live mode, withdrawals, new withdrawal addresses and API keys that can send payouts require two-factor authentication. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
3. How we hold your balance
easyway is custodial. Customer payments arrive on addresses we control, and the coins are held in our hot and cold wallets together with other merchants' funds. Your balance is the amount our ledger records for you, per coin and network. It stays with us until you withdraw it. Withdrawals go only to addresses you have added to your whitelist, and each one carries the flat network fee and minimum shown on the pricing page. A balance with us is not a bank deposit and earns no interest. If you would rather not hold funds with us, withdraw often. How the wallets are protected is described on the security page.
4. Fees
The standard fee is 0.5% of each confirmed payment, deducted in the coin that was paid before the rest is credited to you. Your account may carry a different, agreed rate. Expired or cancelled invoices and test mode cost nothing. Withdrawals carry the network fee listed per coin. If we change the standard fee, the pricing page shows the new rate before it applies; payments already credited are not recalculated.
5. Payments, refunds and mistakes
Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us or by the payer, so there are no chargebacks. Refunds are up to you: send them from your balance as a payout or from your own wallet. The exchange rate is locked for the lifetime of each invoice. How underpaid, overpaid and late payments are handled is described in the underpaid and late payments guide. Coins sent on the wrong network, to an address that was never issued, or without a required memo or tag may not be recoverable; we will try to help, but cannot promise to.
Only fulfil an order on a confirmed payment (the invoice.paid webhook or the invoice status in the API), never on a visit to your success page.
6. What you may not use it for
Anything illegal where you, your customers or we operate; fraud, scams, phishing or fake shops; money laundering, sanctions evasion or financing violence; selling stolen data, malware or illegal goods and services; pretending to be someone else; and attacking, overloading or probing the service or other accounts. You are responsible for the taxes, licences and consumer rules that apply to your own business.
7. Suspension and closing an account
We may freeze withdrawals, revoke API keys or suspend an account if we see signs of abuse, a security problem, a breach of these terms, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we tell you why and what we need from you. You can close your account at any time by emailing us from the account's address; withdraw your balance first. When an account is closed or suspended, we let you withdraw the remaining balance to a whitelisted address unless the law or an investigation of misuse prevents it.
8. Availability
We work to keep the API, the dashboard and the checkout running, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Blockchains, nodes and exchange-rate sources outside our control can slow a confirmation down. Live health is on the status page. We may change or retire features; we will give notice before removing something you depend on.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost business), for changes in the market value of any coin, for delays or failures of blockchains and third-party services, or for losses caused by leaked credentials or by withdrawal addresses you entered yourself. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms we update this page and its date. For a change that affects your rights or your fees, we also email the account owner before it takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new version; if you do not, close your account and withdraw your balance.
