Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what merchants ask most. Not covered here? The API docs and guides go into detail, and support answers the rest.

Getting started and payments

How long does it take to get started?

About five minutes. Create an account, add a project, grab your API key or create a payment link and you can create your first invoice right away.

Which coins and networks are supported?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20, TON, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche), USDC, DAI, FDUSD, PayPal USD (PYUSD, Ethereum), TRON, BNB, Polygon (POL), Avalanche (AVAX), Solana, Gram (TON), XRP, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, Shiba Inu (SHIB), Pepe (PEPE), Bonk (BONK, Solana), Notcoin (NOT, TON), DOGS (TON) and Catizen (CATI, TON). The full list is in the API docs.

What happens if a customer underpays or pays late?

You set the tolerance. Partial payments are tracked on the invoice, the customer can top up the remainder, and late payments are credited to your balance automatically.

How is the crypto amount calculated?

You price the invoice in USD (or directly in crypto). When the customer picks a coin we lock the live market rate for the lifetime of the invoice, so the amount never changes while they pay.

How and when can I withdraw?

Anytime. Withdraw manually from the dashboard, through the API, or schedule automatic withdrawals to your own wallet.

Do you have a plugin for my platform?

Yes, for WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart, Magento 2, WHMCS, Blesta and Odoo — download them on the plugins page (/integrations). Anything else works with payment links, which need no code, or the REST API with copy-paste samples for cURL, Node.js, PHP and Python.

Fees

Is there a fee to create an account or an API key?

No. Accounts, API keys, payment links, webhooks and test mode are free. You only pay when a real payment is confirmed.

Who pays the fee, me or my customer?

You do: the customer pays the invoice amount and the fee is deducted from what is credited to you. If you want the customer to cover it, include it in your price.

How does this compare with card processing?

Card processors commonly charge a percentage plus a fixed amount per transaction, and card payments can be reversed through chargebacks. An on-chain crypto payment cannot be charged back by the payer; refunds are up to you.

The full fee table is on the pricing page, every coin on supported coins, and how funds are held on the security page.
