What the lights mean

Operational: the watcher for that network asked the API for its list of open deposit addresses within the last five minutes, so new payments are being looked for. Delayed: it has not done so for longer than that. Payments sent in the meantime are not lost: they stay on the blockchain and are credited once the watcher catches up, as long as the invoice is still being watched.

A green light means the watcher is running, not that every node it talks to is healthy; a single slow network can still delay a confirmation. All EVM chains share one watcher, so they share one light. If the API itself is unreachable, the dashboard and the hosted checkout are too.
